To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 15 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 15 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We can process an exchange as long as the harness is not worn (except for trying it on the pup)
and the label is intact within 15 days of purchase. In order to process the exchange, the accessories have to shipped back to us before we process to ship the new desired size. Kindly note any excess of price differences will be returned as store credit to be used for future
purchases.
