Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
In the event that a return needs to be made, contact us within 7 days of delivery (including weekends) and we’ll furnish you with the necessary details required for the return. Do note that returns should be shipped back within 15 days of delivery (including weekends), and that buyers will have to bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Kindly note any excess of price differences will be returned as store credit to be used for future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
You and your pet's happiness are our number one priority. If your pet (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. No questions asked. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible. Resellable conditions are as follow:
- is unwashed and unworn
- is not soiled or damaged
- has its original tags attached
- is returned in its original packaging
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
