We accept returns within 48 hours of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Certain restrictions may apply.
We can process an exchange as long as the harness is not worn (except for trying it on the pup)
and the label is intact within 15 days of purchase. In order to process the exchange, the accessories have to shipped back to us before we process to ship the new desired size. Kindly note any excess of price differences will be returned as store credit to be used for future
purchases.
